Custom Star Trek Model Instructions | Star Trek: Discovery Future Ship
"You're on Enterprise. Enterprise-J to be exact, a distant relative of your ship. We're four hundred years in the future." - Crewman Daniels
One of the first vessels we see in new, 32nd Century surroundings is Cleveland Booker's (Book's) Kwejian Frigate. The ship is incredibly powerful, featuring a cloaking device, advanced weapons, and the ability to transform. Often docking with the USS Discovery (MTM-035), the ship would be instrumental in several key missions.
This detailed model made for LEGO bricks was created to the exact specs of the real thing. It accurately captures the vessel's asymmetrical hull, metallic engines, and thin profile.

DESIGNER NOTE: This model's asymmetry and thin hull presented several design challenges that took hours to figure out how to solve. Luckily, the use of 1x4 Swivel Plates (2429 and 2430 combined) made the elongated, angled wing stable against the primary hull. I can't help but try to find fun part usages and the Minifig Telephone (6190) is no exception!
