Custom Star Trek Model Instructions | Vadic & Rogue Changeling Warship
"...it's not a ship. It's a guillotine." - William T. Riker
Encountering both the SS Eleos XII (MTM-038) and USS Titan-A (MTM-009) during Star Trek: Picard's third season, The Shrike, is as menacing a vessel as we've seen on Star Trek. Packed with weapons and an aggressive hull shape, Vadic and the rogue changelings used the Shrike to hunt down Jack Crusher in an attempt to take down the Federation for once and for all.
This detailed model made for LEGO bricks was created to the exact specs of the real thing. It accurately captures the Shrike's angular wings, numerous engines, and pincer-like front section.

DESIGNER NOTE: The most challenging part of the Shrike was getting the color scheme correct! Screenshots of Picard and behind-the-scenes production art did not match. I decided to lean into the Brown and Dark Brown colors as that most closely matched what we saw on-screen. The build itself is a fun marriage of technique support and curved slopes and wedges to help define the Shrike's aggressive and angular structure.
