HOW DO I ORDER PIECES?
There are several sites to choose from to order genuine elements, but I highly recommend BrickLink. While there's more information included in the ZIP folder you get with each purchase, the gist is that you upload an XML parts list file to BrickLink, create a wanted list, and then create carts from specific sellers for certain pieces. It takes just a few minutes - even for newbies!
What'S YOUR return/refund policy?
Due to the strictly digital nature of all the products on the site, I do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded from the order confirmation emails. Once those files are downloaded, that completes the transaction of the digital good, I hope you can understand! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
What's the cost of shipping and delivery?
Trick question, there's nothing to ship! Since these items are digital downloads, you only have to pay for the cost of the items as you see listed on the website, which will be available to download immediately via your order confirmation email.
How do I PRINT the stickers for the display stands?

What if I purchased a model and you released a new version?
Great question! I endeavor to offer the best design for each ship I can. If I release an updated design of a model you've already purchased, I will send you the new design upon request for free! Check out the change log to see if there's been an update you missed, and then just shoot me a message.
How are the ships designed?
I use Stud.io and various reference materials to design the ships digitally before ordering pieces and thoroughly testing the stability of the final build and the quality of the build process.
