Incoming shuttle from Vulcan transporting Mr. Spock! The Surak (Vulcan Warp Shuttle) is an iconic vessel from Star Trek: The Motion Picture. It plays a pivotal role in reuniting the crew of the Enterprise.


This detailed model made for LEGO bricks was created to the exact specs of the real thing. It accurately captures the Surak's dual forward pylons, detailed rear hull, and even its separable small shuttle from its warp sled!

DESIGNER NOTE: I've been a fan of this vessel since the first Galoob Micro Machines featured it in their collection of models. I am especially proud of the smaller shuttle being easily and sturdily detached from the larger warp sled. This set uses some fun SNOT (Studs Not on Top) techniques to achieve the thin framework of the shuttle and capitalizes on the newer 1x2 wedge tile pieces to fill-in unsightly gaps.
