Oft-referenced in Star Trek: Lower Decks, Starbase 80 had a galactic reputation for being a last resort to send troublesome Starfleet officers. But the truth is that past the outdated equipment lie a loyal crew ready to take on the challenge of maintaining an aging base. That might by why the facility was chosen to guard an inter-dimensional rift and commanded by the Freemans!


This detailed model made for LEGO bricks was created to the exact specs of the real thing. It accurately captures Starbase 80's multi-colored exterior, detailed accents, habitat ring, and various storage pods represented with elements like microphones and ski poles!

DESIGNER NOTE: I always try to find fun elements to use in models and this has several - Unicorn Horns (89522), Microphones (90370), Beanies (41334), and Ski Poles (90540)! I'm especially proud of the connection of the Habitat Ring to the main body - it's sturdy but clearly shows the precarious suspension that the Starbase has in Lower Decks.
