Custom Star Trek Model Instructions | Regula I Space Station
"Something may be wrong on Regula I. We've been ordered to investigate." - Admiral Kirk
An iconic design from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, Regula I served a key role in Khan's plot against Admiral Kirk and served as the Marcuses primary facility while creating the Genesis cave and torpedo. This design was also used in later Trek series as other Starbases.
This detailed model made for LEGO bricks was created to the exact specs of the real thing. It accurately captures Regula I's quad circular platforms, orange barrels, unique dome, and dual hangars.

DESIGNER NOTE: I am immensely proud of the accuracy of this model - which is primarily due to the use of 1x2 2-sided panel (23969) pieces for the main hangars as well as the repeated inversion of stud direction to get a finished fit on the top of the station. I also love using Dark Orange, Reddish Brown, and Dark Red accent colors.
